For more than thirty years, the Pakistani Students' Association has committed itself to bringing the vitality and warmth of Pakistani life to the McGill community. Today, the organization is still fundamentally dedicated to three main objectives:
> Educating the McGill community about what Pakistan, its culture, and its people have to offer.
> Establishing a forum to discuss political and social issues which directly involve Pakistan.
> Creating a social fabric to connect students of all majors and interests through the celebration of Pakistani culture.
PSA McGill is a club that brings together every Pakistani in McGill. We celebrate the aspects of our great country that make us feel proud: the diversity, the exotic cuisine, Faiz and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, the rich heritage, Junoon, the josh and much more –in short, we aim to celebrate the Pakistani way of life within the McGill community. From Eid celebrations, to colourful Basants, to fundraisers for the underprivileged in Pakistan and political debates, PSA is not a home away from home – it IS home.
